This is Hector! We were called by a concerned family that found this dog outside of their house. They believed he had been hit by a vehicle because he was walking funny on his back legs. It was below freezing outside and law enforcement claimed the only assistance they could offer was putting him down. The vet discovered a mass in his stomach. Emergency surgery was performed and six rocks and a piece of aluminum foil were removed. He will continue to improve with proper nutrition.
